I appreciate the hospitality and the courtesy of the staff. My service advisor was beyond awesome. He was patient while answering my questions about the recommended services needed for my vehicle and the estimated time I needed to get the repairs. In addition the staffed offered me refreshments which made me feel even more welcome while waiting for my vehicle repairs to be completed.

Recall work done on time and covered by warranty. Service advisor, cashier and courteousy can driver all very helpful.


Only issue was being charged $45 for 'shop supplies' and then being told it was for rags, etc. Those are some expensive rags!

In and out is a breeze, service writer was good and wasn't pushy trying to sell up service that wasn't needed.

Alex, Jason, and Nina were amazing and made my process so quick and easy. I was able to almost sign and drive.

I actually had my oil change appointment set up at a different location. When I arrived they did not have me on the schedule of course but was told no problem and I got taken care of right away. The tech was super nice and the service was quick.

I got my vehicle repaired through an extended warranty program. It took way longer than expected for warranty to review and approve the claim but Aaron was so patient and informative. I plan on using him every time I come back to Wolfchase Nissan! You’re the best Aaron!

No complaints had an wonderful experience working with Ali Pirani, he’s the sales consultant at the Wolfchase Nissan in Bartlett, Tennessee. Ali was courteous and friendly and helpful with choosing my first new car.

The service tech was very informative. He found I needed filters and fully explained what it was and the cost. While waiting someone came around with a snack tray and water which I thought was very personable. Service time was not very long. This was a simple oil change and tire rotation, BUT there was many points checked to insure my truck was overall in good running order.

The service department guy was very courteous and helpful!!!

My car and i were towed to Nissan after hitting a pothole that tore my tire. Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
